Reminders:

1. Bring personal ball pen and alcohol. Wear mask and face shield.
2. For CDO Applicants only: Arrive in the exam venue at 8:15 AM if your time of exam is 9:00 AM and 1:15 PM if your time of exam is 2:00 PM.
3. NO EXAMINATION PERMIT, NO EXAMINATION. Present the printed copy or electronic copy of the examination permit to the testing centre attendant upon entry in the exam venue.
4. For Graduate Program, 2nd Courser and Certificate of Teaching (COT) student applicants, please claim the evaluation slip in the Admission and Scholarship Office, proceed to the Cashier and pay the testing fee (Php 500 for Graduate Program and Php 450 for 2nd Courser and COT student applicants). Present your official receipt of payment to the Admission and Scholarship Office (1st floor, ITB Bldg) to claim your permit to take the entrance examination with signature.

In case you cannot take the admission test on the scheduled date due to emergency reasons such as not feeling physically well, notify us by clicking here. You are granted only once to request for re-schedule of exam.
